Optimization of cutting tool mechanism for trenching device
Trenching is an important part of forest nurturing. A chain type trenching device was designed using SolidWorks software, and the required power during operation was calculated to be 5. 26kW.Modal analysis was conducted on the trencher to determine the natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the first 6 constrained modes, resulting in a minimum natural frequency of 806.59Hz. Static analysis was performed on the trencher to obtain the stress and deformation distribution diagrams of the tool. It was found that the stress and deformation of the trencher during operation were within the allowable range. And optimize the structure of the trenching knife.
