Design and analysis of a vibration-aided rock crushing bit
In order to meet the needs of efficient rock fragmentation and improve the service life, a vibration-aided rock crushing bit with simple structure, higher crushing efficiency, and longer service life was designed by combining the crushing bit with high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic waves. The crushing process was theoretically analyzed by using the three-degree-of-freedom vibration model. And, the simulation analysis of the bit was carried out with Ansys to verify the feasibility and reliability of the bit, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the further development of the subsequent products.
