OBTAINING COMPOSITE ANTICORROSION COATINGS ON THE BASIS OF ZINC-NICKEL ALLOYS
The methods of X-ray phase analysis and electron scanning microscopy have been used to study structural and phase transformations at obtaining layered composite materials based on the system of electrochemical zinc-nickel alloy — oxide-polymer. It is shown that thermal treatment of the layered coating is accompanied by a change in the phase composition and structure of the electrochemical alloy, interaction of oxide and polymer layers, which leads to an increase in the corrosion resistance of the coating.
