ASSESSMENT OF THE INFLUENCE OF NITROGEN COMPOUNDS FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF MYCELIUM IN THE PRACTICE OF MUSHROOM CULTIVATION
The article presents information on the effect of nitrogen compounds on the growth and development of the mycelium of basidiomycetes. Nitrogen is one of the main components along with carbon, which is important for their development. In artificially created conditions, mushroom mycelium needs to control the carbon content and, in particular, nitrogen, as this will help optimize and accelerate their development and, accordingly, the transformation of the mycelium into fruiting bodies.
