DEVELOPMENT OF COST-EFFECTIVE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY THE CORRECT WAY TO DISPOSE OF SODA PRODUCTION WASTE

The results of work on the production of wollastonite from solutions of calcium chloride, including distiller liquid — waste soda production. It is shown that wollastonite can be obtained by the low-temperature method, which significantly reduces production costs and allows waste disposal. The conditions of the process, allowing to regulate the properties of the resulting product, are investigated. The properties of the starting materials have been studied. The synthesis conditions allowing to obtain wollastonite with a low content of impurities have been determined. The technical and economic efficiency of the wollastonite production method and the ecological correctness of the waste disposal method are shown.

Abstract

The results of work on the production of wollastonite from solutions of calcium chloride, including distiller liquid — waste soda production. It is shown that wollastonite can be obtained by the low-temperature method, which significantly reduces production costs and allows waste disposal. The conditions of the process, allowing to regulate the properties of the resulting product, are investigated. The properties of the starting materials have been studied. The synthesis conditions allowing to obtain wollastonite with a low content of impurities have been determined. The technical and economic efficiency of the wollastonite production method and the ecological correctness of the waste disposal method are shown.
