BIOTESTING OF LUMINOPHORES BASED ON ORTHONIOBATE-TANTALATE Gd, Er AND Yb ON DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER
The results of biotesting of luminophores based on Gd, Er and Yb on the Drosophila melanogaster are presented. It was shown that GdNb0.9Ta0.1O4 in concentrations of 10 and 20 mg/mL, ErNbO4 in concentrations of 1 and 20 mg/ml and YbNbO4 in concentration of 1 mg/ml in comparison with the control (5% ethyl alcohol) have a significant decrease in the height of larvae climbing out for pupation. The sex ratio changed in GdNb0.9Ta0.1O4 1 and 10 mg/ml and YbNbO4 1 mg/ml compared to control. The results obtained indicate the toxic effect of the mentioned samples.
