The Developmental Research approach was used to develop the system, which was found to be highly usable, secure, and efficient. The system also allows for faster and easier enrollment, reducing paper forms and misplaced forms. Digital innovation has provided a cost-effective solution for many institutions, making online enrollment more efficient and cost-effective. Implementing the Madridejos Community College Enrollment System has made the registration process faster, more enjoyable for staff, and improved accuracy and reduced human errors.

Abstract

Technology is increasingly being used in various aspects of life, including the management of schools. The Municipality of Madridejos Local Government Unit, a semi-private tertiary education institution, has been struggling with the lack of an online enrollment system. This has led to manual assignment of students to different classrooms and the need for paper records. To address this issue, a solid enrollment system has been proposed.
