Vasomotor and fibrinolytic effects of leptin in man
Intrabrachial leptin infusion did not affect the basal vascular tone, whereas acute and chronic hyperleptinemia was associated with blunted vasoreactivity in healthy volunteers, and in patients with coronary artery disease.
