Barreras en la implementación del plan de educación 2022: reflexiones para avanzar

Abstract This opinion article analyzes the implementation of the 2022 Study Plan in México, identifying barriers that hinder its consolidation. Some of the barriers mentioned are: unfinished principals, lack of resources and adequate infrastructure, resistance to change on the part of managers and teachers, difficulties in the training and professional development of teachers, technological barriers and access to information, ambiguities in the evaluation process. At the same time, some strategies and alternative solutions are proposed, better management in the proper use of resources, establishing the necessary mechanisms to know the professionalization needs of teachers and implementation of training in innovative technologies. It concludes by highlighting the importance of collaboration between all educational actors to overcome these barriers and achieve the improvement of the teaching-learning process of Basic Education students.
