CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS IN THE DIGITAL SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE UNIVERSITY: PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION AND EXPERIENCE OF APPROBATION
The article presents an algorithm for constructing a code of digital ethics, illustrated by the case of Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University. The objective is to develop a model of the code of digital ethics for Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University. In formulating the principles of the code of ethics, the authors of the article considered the legal documents (the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" [21]; the Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education ‘Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University’" [18], "Internal Labor Regulations of TSPU Lev Tolstoy" [12], "Internal Regulations for Students of TSPU Lev Tolstoy" [12], "Collective Agreement of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education ‘Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University’" [1] and other local regulatory documents of the university [See: 7, 8, 9, 11]). The analysis of these documents is key to determining the current principles of professional and corporate ethics, as well as identifying any ethical gaps in them. The issue of these gaps is precisely what the code of digital ethics is designed to address. The scientific novelty of this approach lies in its practical ethical and normative stance towards the axiological and ethical issues inherent to the digital educational space. Consequently, a model of the code of professional ethics for Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University was developed, taking into account the issues pertaining to digital, professional and corporate ethics.
