In-Vivo Surgical Approach of Subretinal Cysticercosis: A Case Report
An "in vivo" minimally invasive pars plana approach should be considered, given it has proven to be successful in removing intraocular cysts with no postoperative inflammatory response, preserving anatomic and functional integrity.
