Modeling and Verification of Medium-Speed Coal Mill Based on Mechanism and Parameter Optimization Algorithm
Medium-speed coal mills are widely employed in thermal power plants. Developing an accurate mathematical model for these mills is essential for optimizing control systems. This paper presents a comprehensive mathematical model of a medium-speed coal mill, dividing it into four distinct regions based on its structural design. The model integrates the internal temperature distribution characteristics of the mill. To further enhance its accuracy, model parameters are optimized using the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm, and the model is validated against field data. The results indicate that the model exhibits a high degree of accuracy, offering valuable support for fuel control system optimization and structural improvements in coal mill design.
