METHODOLOGY OF CALCULATING THE DYNAMICS OF THE PRESSURE OF THE ANNULAR GAS OF AN OIL WELL
The article presents experimental dependences of the volume of intake of a borehole pump separated at reception under conditions of its selection and injection to the consumer or into the pressure collector of the well.A formula has been obtained for calculating the absolute pressure of the annular gas in the well, taking into account the gas flow rates entering the annular volume as a result of its separation at the pump intake and simultaneous extraction of gas from this volume by a reciprocating compressor. Superimposing graphs of the filling of the annular volume and its emptying by the compressor allows us to obtain the resulting gas pressure dynamics. In the case of an increase in the pressure of the annular gas, an excessive volume of gas intake is determined, which makes it possible to make changes to the design of the reciprocating compressor or its operating mode by increasing the stroke length by rearranging the articulated compressor support on the balancer or its support post. The method of calculating the pressure dynamics proposed in the article allows you to select the volumetric supply of the compressor at gas pressure in the pressure line of the well, the initial calculation parameters include the allowable manifold pressure in the gas in the annular space and the pressure in the pressure line of the well. A method for determining the residual amount of dissolved gas in the oil of the B-10, B-18, and B-22 formations of Western Siberia is presented, using the example of which the method for determining the gas content of well products at the reception of borehole pumps is shown. The amount of dissolved part of the associated petroleum gas at a certain pressure was estimated graphically from the oil degassing curves by measuring the vertical distance between the point of the curve corresponding to this pressure and the horizontal corresponding to the gas content of oil at atmospheric pressure. The results of pilot tests of a reciprocating compressor at well No. 4875 of the Yersubaikinsky deposit in the Republic of Tatarstan are presented. The compressor, driven by a rocking machine, was fixed to the rear arm of the balance beam and consisted of a plunger pair with a diameter of 80 mm and a length of no more than 2000 mm. A plunger was pivotally attached to the balancer, and a compressor cylinder was attached to the balancer support. To prevent rapid wear of the rubbing pair, periodic refills of technical oil into the upper part of the cylinder were carried out. The compressor pivots were fixed using coupling bolts and clamps. The liquid flow rate increased by 0.35 t/day due to a decrease in the dynamic level from 998 m to 895 m and a decrease in bottom-hole pressure from 1.4 to 1.2 MPa.
