MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE VALVE LOADING DURING THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE PIPELINE VALVE
The research is aimed at improving the efficiency of operation The research is aimed at improving the efficiency of operation of trunk pipeline systems using electric actuated valves. High complexity and cost of currently used shut-off devices limits their functionality. Today it does not allow to provide complex automation of operating and designed trunk pipelines, as well as to reduce their anthropogenic impact on the territories of pipeline passage, in particular, located in hard-to-reach places. Taking into account the specificity of operation of shut-off valves, the task of finding the necessary power of the gate valve, providing its reliable operation, is considered as its defining criterion. For this purpose, it is necessary to quantitatively analyze the energy processes associated with the complete cycle of movement of the shut-off element of the gate valve in conditions of interaction with the working fluid. In the article this task is realized on the basis of modeling of the main operating modes of the valve. Mode decomposition is connected with essential difference of forces acting on the gate valve at opening and closing of the gate valve. The analysis of energy relations in the drive and actuating elements of the gate valve is based on the fundamental equations of hydrodynamics and on the results of simulation modeling. The scientific problem is to establish the analytical relationship of the resulting load in the gate valve aperture during the movement of the gate valve. The paper considers the loading of the gate valve gate valve of the pipeline in the process of uniform opening and closing of the stop valve. Construction of mathematical model of force loading of the gate valve is realized using Bernoulli equation, flow continuity condition and boundary conditions. By results of research mathematical dependences of traction force on degree of opening and closing of a gate valve at constant mass flow rate of working medium in a pipeline are received. The change of acting forces: friction force and ejection force - in the process of vertical movement of the gate valve is presented. Quantitative indicators of the resulting forces on the gate valve allow to justify the requirements to the design parameters of the drive mechanism. The obtained results are the basis for selecting the power of the electric motor of the actuator, assessing the stress-strain state of the main elements of electromechanical shut-off valves and synthesizing the suboptimal control law of the actuator.
