IMPROVEMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

The current level of development of liquefied natural gas (LNG) technologies is the result of innovative development of the industry in various countries, including Russia, over a rather long period of time. When liquefying natural gas, various tasks related to the separation of various target components can be solved. At the same time, the technologies of liquefied natural gas production are largely determined by the capabilities of the equipment used for liquefaction and transportation processes. The existing equipment cannot always ensure the realization of the technologies at optimal parameters. Therefore, the main element in improving the technology of liquefying natural gas is the improvement of both the equipment itself and the technologies for its manufacture. The article considers the basic processes of LNG production technologies, as well as the main directions of development of dynamic and mass-exchange equipment.
