Second pregnancy in China 5 years after ovarian tissue transplantation to prevent iatrogenic POI
Ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation (OTCT) can be assessed as a successful method especially to prevent iatrogenic POI. In our cryobank for OTCT, which is the first official one in China, intensive research to improve this method has been performed, and we propose after our success for the second pregnancy in China to include this method in the official guidelines for prevention and treatment of (especially iatrogenic) POI.
