Research on load measurement and adjustment methods for in-service rigid hangers
Based on finite element theory, a finite element model of in-service rigid hangers was established, and pre-stressed modal analysis was conducted to obtain the corresponding relationship between the first natural frequency of the rigid hanger and the load it is subjected to; Based on the above relationship, the load quantitative measurement of in-service rigid hangers was indirectly achieved by measuring the natural frequency. Under the condition of no axial force, the accuracy of the proposed natural frequency solution method was verified by comparing the ANSYS calculation results with the analytical solution. A strategy for adjusting load uniformity has been proposed, which can control the uneven bearing of the furnace top rigid hanger within 5% and improve the safe operation ability of the unit.
