Analysis of Differences in Pre-job Training according to the Characteristics of Participants in Work Experience
The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between participants by analyzing the job experience, education level, and preferred company characteristics of participants in the future tomorrow work experience project. Through this, it was intended to broaden the understanding of the future tomorrow work experience project and to propose a customized approach in the design and operation of the job training program. From July to October 2024, a survey was conducted on 200 participants of future tomorrow work experience, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistical program. The significance level was set to p<.05, and after grasping the basic characteristics of participants through frequency analysis, an independent sample t-test and a one-way ANOVA were conducted to identify differences in job training according to the characteristics of participants. As a result of understanding the characteristics of job training subjects through frequency analysis, job seekers accounted for the highest percentage at 80%, and job training (F=2.778, p=0.028) was found to have differences in job experience. It was also found that there was a difference in job training (F=4.146, p=0.017) depending on the preferred company. This study shows that the majority of those surveyed for the Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project are job seekers, and suggests the need for policy and support programs and related employment services to focus on them.
