Research on foreign body detection and fault diagnosis of wireless charging system based on multi-spectrum
Infrared imaging is not affected by the external environment, and visible light can identify non-metallic foreign bodies with little temperature change. In this paper, a foreign body detection system based on infrared imaging and visible light fusion is designed. Firstly, theoretical analysis and improvements are made on image processing techniques such as Median filtering, Operational Test Support Unit (OTSU) adaptive binarization, and morphological operations. Next, infrared imaging aided by visible light imaging is used to detect foreign bodies. Then, the visible light image processing method under bad weather environment is studied to achieve better detection effect. Finally, the simulation results prove the feasibility and accuracy of the system for detecting foreign bodies. By analogy with the application of ultraviolet imaging in the fault analysis of power grid monitoring, the ultraviolet imaging is applied to the wireless charging system to realize the fault diagnosis and early warning of the wireless charging system.
