MOTIVATION POLICY OF USING THE OPPORTUNITIES OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF THE REAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

Topicality. Digital technologies are an integral part of the modern civilizational process. Every industry uses modern IT assets in one way or another in its economic activity. Today, the success of an enterprise is not measured by many years of successful activity, the availability of main assets, but by the ability to change and adapt its business to new conditions. And it is digital transformations that contribute to adaptation to modern business challenges. The development of digital technologies requires increased attention to the processes of their implementation and use. Ignoring today's digital trends can lead to the collapse of a business in general. A reasonable motivational policy of the state in this context is the key to successful adaptation to these changes. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations regarding the regulatory support of the motivational policy of using the capabilities of digital technologies in the management of business processes of enterprises in the real sector of the economy of Ukraine. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of this scientific article consists of conclusions regarding the analysis and theoretical generalization of scientific approaches to personnel motivation, motivational theories and policies, which are given in works of a theoretical and practical nature. To carry out this scientific work and achieve the set goal, the article uses methods of graphic interpretation of the results of analysis and generalization, tabular method of information visualization, methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis. Research results. The theoretical principles of the regulatory support for the motivational policy of using the capabilities of digital technologies in the management of business processes of enterprises of the real sector of the economy as an important element of the system of ensuring the development of such enterprises in the modern economy of Ukraine are substantiated. The world experience in the field of motivational policy for the implementation of digital technologies in the management of business processes of enterprises of the real sector of the economy has been studied. The general structure of the state's motivational policy regarding the implementation of digital technologies in the management of business processes of enterprises in the real sector of the economy has been developed. Conclusion. The following conclusions and recommendations can be made based on the given structure of the state policy on the motivation of the implementation of digital technologies in the management of business processes of enterprises of the real sector of the economy: the need for an integrated approach; financial support and incentives; education and training; creation of a favorable environment; partnership and cooperation; monitoring and evaluation; public influence.
