METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMING THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM OF THE REGION

Topicality. In the context of digital transformation of the economy and the military-political situation in Ukraine, new sources and technologies of regional development are needed. Digital transformation is becoming a national goal, and the development of Ukraine and the formation of conditions for the recovery of the country's economy depend on the quality and pace of its implementation in the regions. The study examines the problems of promising territorial development by creating regional ecosystems based on digital platforms, which are becoming increasingly common in leading countries of the world. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and generalization of approaches to defining the digital ecosystem of a region, to present its structural components, as well as to consider the economic and social effects of implementing digital ecosystems of regions. To address these issues, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to consider approaches to defining the digital ecosystem of a region (DER) in developed countries; to identify the structural components of the DER; to analyze the effectiveness of digital ecosystems. Materials and methods. This scientific article is based on such research methods as: analysis in the issues of defining the digital ecosystem of the region, representation in defining the structural components of the digital ecosystem, a comparative method in considering the economic and social effects of implementing digital ecosystems of regions, as well as the method of scientific knowledge in identifying interdependent structural components of the digital ecosystem of regions. Research results. The article studies the state of modern regions of Ukraine, identifies interdependent structural components of the digital ecosystem of regions, which include end-to-end digital technologies, digital platforms, participants, digital interaction, services, rights and obligations of all participants. The authors' point of view presented in the article is that the effectiveness of the digital ecosystem of the region is reflected in the system of operating costs for providing the digital infrastructure of the region, increasing regional budget revenues and optimizing the budget of the region. The practical feasibility of developing digital ecosystems in specific regions and territories, which are based on economic and social potential and the level of competitive immunity, as well as on the positive impact of such ecosystems, including under the conditions of a mechanism of expanded interaction between ecosystem components and clusters, is also emphasized. Conclusion. The result of the study was a generalization of approaches to defining the digital ecosystem of the region, the authors identified and investigated all its structural components, and also considered the economic and informational effects of implementing and adapting the digital ecosystem in the regions of Ukraine.
