This event brought together approximately 600 clinicians from across the country offering a wide range of educational opportunities—including workshops, oral presentations, and poster sessions—creating a memorable and enriching experience. As in previous years, written summaries of select presentations have been prepared by the AAAP 2024 travel awardees. Their outstanding contributions highlight the ongoing commitment of the AAAP and the AJA to fostering trainee development and engagement. The AJA relies greatly on the invaluable expertise and dedication of its many reviewers from across the globe (see “2024 Reviewer List”). In 2024, among 167 reviewers, 60% (n = 101) completed one review, 35% (n = 58) completed two or more reviews (highlighted in blue), and 5% (n = 8) completed three or more reviews (bolded). The insightful and constructive feedback through the peer-review process serves to consistently enhance the content of the AJA, strengthening both the Journal and the field of addiction psychiatry. Please mark your calendars to attend the 2025 AAAP Annual Meeting, scheduled for November 6–9, 2025, in San Francisco, CA. Stay connected via the AAAP website for updates on conference programming, registration details, and submission deadlines for this enriching and informative event. The AAAP Board of Directors and the AJA Editorial Board extend their best wishes for a successful and fulfilling 2025 to their membership and its many supporters.
