The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of inclusive leadership mediated by organizational culture on employee performance at BRI Bank Bengkulu Branch Office, this research uses a saturated sampling method (sesnsus) so that 101 respondents are obtained. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) on SmartPLS. Before being analyzed with SmartPLS, each instrument or indicator is tested for validity and reliability. At the construct validity test stage there are 6 indicators, namely: X1, X2, X8, Z1, Z4, Z5, then these six indicators were removed so that all indicators could be declared valid because the estimate value was greater than the loading factor value. Reliability testing on research variables is declared reliable because it has a value greater than 0.6. After conducting the validity test, the next test is the reliability and validity test, the results show that the model uses AVE with a value of more than 0.5 so that it can be concluded that the variables tested are valid and also reliable, so that it can be continued to test the SEM analysis with the Mediation Effect where each significant value in the t-statistic> 1.96 results show that the model used is said to be significant. In the first hypothesis test that the Leadership variable affects employee performance with a significance of 0.002 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and HI is accepted, in the second hypothesis test inclusive leadership affects organizational culture with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05.
