The Effect Of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Per Capita Expenditure, Population And Human Development Index (HDI) On Poverty In Aceh Province 2010-2023

The objective of this study is to ascertain the influence of the Product Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Expenditure per Capita, Total Population, and Human Development Index on poverty in Aceh Province. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis employed is panel data regression with a fixed effects model (FEM) approach. The findings indicate that the simultaneous variables of gross regional domestic product (GRDP), per capita expenditure, and the human development index have an influence on poverty in Aceh Province. In general, the GRDP variable is not found to be influential on poverty in Aceh Province. However, expenditure per capita and the number of residents are observed to have a negative and significant influence on the variable poverty, whereas the human development index is found to have a positive and significant impact on poverty.
