What Makes Mobile Banking Widely Used? The Effect Of Ewom Moderation On Usage Intention On Btn Mobile Banking

This study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework to examine the factors that shape users' attitudes and intentions regarding the BTN mobile app. A total of 100 respondents were subjected to analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The results of the study demonstrate that perceived enjoyment, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness exert a significant influence on user attitude, whereas perceived ease of use does not exhibit a significant effect. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that user attitudes exert a significant influence on the intention to use the application. This study also provides novel insights into the moderating role of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), whereby eWOM attenuates the relationship between attitude and intention to use. These findings have practical implications for developers and marketers in enhancing user experience and leveraging eWOM effectively.
