Implementation Of Mudharabah Agreement On Qurban Savings Product At Bmt Ugt Nusantara Glenmore Branch, Banyuwangi Regency

This research is motivated by the existence of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Glenmore Branch which has a qurban savings product with mudharabah contract , with the intention of helping and facilitating in planning qurban and aqiqah worship. The aim is to find out the implementation of the Mudharabah contract on qurban savings products at BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch, Banyuwangi Regency, Glenmore. The type of research is Qualitative and the data sources use interviews, observations and documentation, the analysis used is an interactive model. The results of the study show . The implementation of qurban savings products at BMT UGT Nusantara uses the Mudharabah Musyarakah contract. where the manager ( mudharib / BMT) includes his capital in investment cooperation in qurban savings products where members become (shahibul maal) and BMT UGT Nusantara becomes (mudharib) . The funds are managed and the results are divided according to the initial agreement, namely 30:70, 70% for BMT UGT Nusantara and 30% for members., if loss occurs, BMT bears the loss according to the portion of capital included.
