Influence of decompression orifice geometry cell on the effectiveness of pressure detection
In this paper, a new way to detect the safety performance of batteries by detecting the expansion of small deformations is investigated, but it is found by simulation that there is still the problem of non-uniformity of displacement. In order to solve the problem of non-uniformity of stress distribution, this paper focuses on the influence of the sensor by manufacturing a certain number of decompression holes at the bottom of the device structure and by changing the number of sides of the holes. Through the simulation simulation test of the model and the force analysis, it is found that when the decompression holes are triangular, the stress inhomogeneity of the inner ring improves the best 24.26%; when the decompression holes are hexagonal, the stress distribution inhomogeneity of the outer ring is the smallest 29.39%. In industrial production, the most suitable geometry of decompression holes can be selected according to the actual needs to improve the stress non-uniformity of the sensor. It can be seen that in reality, the most suitable hole type is selected in order to achieve an accurate measurement of the battery sensor.
