Building Resilient Startups: The Role Of Mentorship In Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

Purpose: This study's main goal is to investigate the connection between entrepreneurial resilience andmentoring in the Bangalore startup scene. This study aims to offer useful insights for policymakers, mentors,and aspiring entrepreneurs by analysing the elements that sustain entrepreneurs and the influence ofmentoring on their success.Design/Methodology: The primary responses were collected from 384 entrepreneurs operating in urbanBangalore using the Simple Random Sampling method through Survey Questionnaire.
