The analytical method used is logistic regression with data analysis of the 2022 National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) of Bengkulu Province, with the help of statistical tools in the form of Stata version 17. The results of the study showed that the education of the head of the household, the employment status of the head of the household, and the poverty status of the household influenced the emergence of child labor in Bengkulu Province. Meanwhile, the factors of marital status and the field of work of the head of the household did not affect the emergence of child labor in Bengkulu Province. Therefore, an empowerment program is needed, especially for poor families, so that it can reduce the prevalence of their children being employed.
