Efficiency of Algorithms and Input Processing Methods in Slovak Text Data Retrieval
This article deals with analyzing and comparing the efficiency of the KMP (Knuth-Morris-Pratt), BM (Boyer-Moore) algorithms, and regular expressions in searching text data in Slovak language. Additionally, it analyzes the impact of various input processing methods, such as lemmatization, and removal of stop-words and punctuation marks, on search results. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive view of the effectiveness of individual algorithms and input processing techniques in handling textual data manipulation.
