Strength analysis and structural analysis of car processing dedicated lifting fixtures based on ANSYS
The car body, chassis, electrical system, and engine are the four main components of a car, among which the car body is the most important part. The quality of the manufacturing of the car body directly affects the quality of the entire vehicle. The modern automotive industry mostly adopts assembly line production methods. The role of the lifting fixture is to lift and transport the car body during the production process, ensuring the production rhythm and precisely and punctually delivering it to the next workstation. Therefore, the quality of the lifting fixture directly determines the efficiency of production. This paper designs a dedicated lifting fixture for the processing of car bodies and performs static strength analysis of its structure using Ansys. Through finite element simulation, the structure is improved and optimized to enhance its service life and production efficiency.
