This work aims to present ethical-clinical consulting through hospital ethics committees, individual or group consulting and a new strategy, an external bioethics consultation like any medical consultation, which we implemented in our hospital from 2023. Finally, it includes our experience at the Santa Fe Foundation in Bogotá, Colombia in consulting.
