Preliminary study on cloud-based remote sensing intelligent detection of disaster damage

The advancement of SAGIN (Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network) technology, utilizing satellites and UAVs, has alleviated the previous limitations of remote sensing technology, such as low image resolution and lack of coverage efficiency. Consequently, remote sensing technology has significant potential for periodic tasks, including hazard identification, investigation and evaluation, monitoring, and early warning. This can often be achieved through the design procedure and construction of data collection capabilities. When a disaster occurs, the efficient interpretation of remote sensing data and the provision of meaningful results under limited data dimensions are required for urgent tasks such as damage detection, high-value target detection and rescue force organization. This article discusses the use of remote sensing intelligence in the cloud to improve interpretation efficiency through cloud data governance and intelligent assisted interpretation. The application of this technology is demonstrated in earthquake damage detection.
