Analysis of data characteristics of multi-cluster fracturing in horizontal wells of tight gas reservoirs

As global energy demand continues to rise, tight gas reservoirs have increasingly become a key focus in natural gas resource development. The multi-cluster fracturing technology has emerged as an important method for enhancing the efficiency of tight gas reservoir exploitation, finding widespread application in horizontal well operations. However, there remains a lack of systematic analysis and understanding regarding the effectiveness and dynamic characteristics of multi-cluster fracturing. This paper aims to analyze the key data characteristics of horizontal well multi-cluster fracturing in tight gas reservoirs. By systematically analyzing data on production, pressure, and water injection from various well sections, it reveals the dynamic changes occurring during the fracturing process. The study indicates that utilizing boxplots to analyze data sets on reservoir physical properties, rock mechanical properties, and other relevant characteristics can provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the subsequent development of tight gas reservoirs. This approach enhances resource recovery efficiency and achieves sustainable development goals. The findings offer theoretical support for optimizing fracturing engineering design and improving the development efficiency of tight gas reservoirs, presenting significant academic value and practical application prospects.
