A fuzzy-control-based sensorless vector control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motors
The paper represents the position-sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motors driven by a sliding film observer for accurate state estimation based on fuzzy control. Review the literature first to outline the progress that has been achieved so far in permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology, position sensorless control strategies, and the possible application of fuzzy control theory in motor control. Then, the design and implementation of the fuzzy control-based vector control strategy are realized, and the strategy effectiveness is confirmed through simulation. It is concluded from the simulation results that this approach greatly shortens the dynamic response time while improving the system's steady-state accuracy. Afterwards, the building of the experimental platform proved that the simulation outcomes are reliable. The experimental results show that this control strategy is very effective in reducing torque fluctuations and steady-state error as compared to the traditional vector control strategy. At the same time, the synovial membrane observer effectively solved the problem. The problem of state estimation in position sensorless control is solved. It is demonstrated by the simulation and experimental results that the proposed control strategy and observer design have significantly improved dynamic performance, steady-state performance, and system robustness, which offers a new solution for efficient control of permanent magnet synchronous motors. This paper has laid the theoretical and technical foundation for the position sensorless vector control strategy, as well as laid the foundation for further research in related fields in the future.
