Implementation of Risk Management to Minimize Human Error in Organizing Weddings at Alpha Omega Wedding, Tabanan, Bali
This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in minimizing human error at Alpha Omega Wedding. The main problem faced is the frequency of human error that has a negative impact on operations and service quality. To overcome this, a systematic approach based on ISO 31000:2018 is applied. The research method uses qualitative descriptive techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of risk management which includes communication and consultation, contextualization, identification, analysis, assessment, handling, and risk monitoring, has succeeded in reducing human error and increasing operational efficiency. However, it was found that the monitoring and review variables had not been carried out optimally, so improvements were needed in this aspect. It was concluded that effective risk management is able to minimize human error and improve service quality and client satisfaction.
