Research progress on aerospace electromagnetic information technology: acquisition, transmission and intelligent processing
Based on the significant development of airborne electromagnetic information technology, this paper introduces the main progresses of the research team of Key Laboratory for Information Science of Electromagnetic Waves, Ministry of Education, Fudan University in this field in recent years. The national strategic position of the airborne electromagnetic information science and technology and its far-reaching impact on the economic and social development in terms of the three aspects of airborne electromagnetic information acquisition, transmission and intelligent processing are discussed. The research on the acquisition of airborne electromagnetic information includes the research progresses of new regime SAR design and quantitative inversion algorithm, geosynchronous SAR moving target simulation and reconstruction, and microwave remote sensing of the lunar and other planets. The research on the transmission of airborne electromagnetic information includes the technological progresses of airborne electromagnetic new frequency spectrum communication, millimeter-wave terahertz communication, and optical wireless communication. The research on the intelligent processing of airborne electromagnetic information outlines the progress of “microwave vision" and SAR image target intelligent interpretation, navigation in the ionosphere space-time parameters intelligent inversion and prediction and other research progress. The future research and development of airspace electromagnetic information technology is prospected.
