El guardián de las generaciones futuras

Future generations have interests that must be protected legally. It is up to the present generations not only to reflect but also to act to make this possible; particularly, we need to understand that the responsibility we have to preserve the environment so that it can be enjoyed now and in the future. In this work, a basic legal framework is presented that allows us to notice the rights and duties that the "Guardian of future generations" would have, which is a necessary institution to promote and ensure the health of the environment, since there are important threats that we must face it if we want to survive.
