FEATURES OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The article discusses the specifics of the legal regulation of the contract of sale of real estate under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The basic requirements for the form of such an agreement are analyzed. The subject matter of the real estate purchase and sale agreement is investigated. The judicial practice on the recognition of the contract of sale of real estate as invalid is analyzed.
