MANIFESTATION OF CHILDREN'S OPTIMISM
He article analyzes the theoretical background and empirical characteristics of the manifestation of optimism in children. The study was implemented in three stages (preparatory and search, experimental stage, generalizing). Three psychodiagnostic methods were used: "Scale of Optimism and Activity" by I.S. Schuller and A.L. Komuniani (adapted by N. Vodopyanova, M. Stein); "Test of Dispositional Optimism" by C. Carver and M. Scheier (adapted by T.O. Gordeeva, O.A. Sychev, E.N. Osin); Test-questionnaire "Motivation for Success and Motivation for Fear of Failure" by A.A. Rean. Taking into account the obtained results, psychological and pedagogical recommendations for the formation of optimism in children were compiled. Exercises for the formation and maintenance of a high level of optimism were also described.
