Risk warning method for SF6/N2 insulated GIS in low-temperature environments
Jilin Province is located in the northeast of China, where winter temperatures are extremely low, and extreme weather conditions pose a challenge to the normal operation of outdoor GIS equipment. The performance of the SF6/N2 gas mixture as the insulating medium for GIS equipment is significantly affected by low temperatures, which may lead to a decrease in the insulating performance of the equipment and an increase in the risk of malfunctioning. As an important part of the electric power system, the stability and reliability of the GIS equipment is directly related to the safe operation of the electric power grid. GIS equipment as an important part of the power system, its stability and reliability is directly related to the safe operation of the power grid. In this paper, the risk warning method is investigated for the diagnosis of outdoor SF6/N2 gas mixture gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) insulation status in the high-cold environment of Jilin, China, in order to improve the safety and reliability of the power grid.
