Research on application of intelligent sensor in condition monitoring of ring network cabinet
As the core component of distribution system, the stability of ring network cabinet directly affects the reliability of power system. However, the ring network cabinet has been running in a complex environment for a long time, and it is easy to be disturbed by internal and external factors, resulting in performance degradation or even failure. Therefore, this paper proposes a condition monitoring scheme of ring network cabinet based on intelligent sensor. In this paper, sensors such as LEM HAL 25-S/SP3, Honeywell HIH-4030, WIKA S-11 and Dytran 3224M2 are used to monitor the operation parameters of the ring network cabinet. The system realizes real-time data acquisition and conversion through DSP and ADC, uses RS485, LoRa and 4G/5G technologies to transmit data, and uses star network to ensure transmission efficiency. Data processing includes digital filtering, wavelet transform and Fast Fourier Transform(FFT), which are used for data cleaning, denoising and feature extraction, and the state evaluation model is established by machine learning. The system can immediately warn when the data exceeds the threshold, and support the operation and maintenance response. The back-end service and database management system are built with Python 3.12 and MySQL 8.0, and the front-end interface is developed with React. The test shows that the system is stable, with low-delay, and can give fault early warning accurately and timely. This scheme improves the monitoring accuracy and early warning ability, optimizes the maintenance strategy and ensures the safe and stable operation of the power system.
