Research on magnetic cleanliness control technology in the assembly process of satellite optical platform
As the demand for electromagnetic field space exploration missions increases, the requirements for the magnetic cleanliness of the entire spacecraft become increasingly stringent. This paper takes the ultra-high magnetic cleanliness assembly requirements of the Macau Science satellite-1-A optical platform as the research goal and conducts research on magnetic cleanliness control technology during the optical platform assembly process. It analyzes that the main magnetic cleanliness control elements during the optical platform assembly process include assembly tools, multi-layer insulation component production tools, accessories and production methods, etc., thermal control lead routing loop current. In view of the above magnetic cleanliness control elements, a non-magnetic material assembly tool was produced, a low-magnetic multi-layer insulation component production method and a thermal control lead routing method based on reverse twisted pairing were designed. After the implementation of the above measures, the magnetic cleanliness can be improved by 3 orders of magnitude, meeting the requirements for high-precision magnetic field measurement of the entire satellite.
