Design of Threaded Snake Embedded Pipeline Cleaning Robot
According to the terrain characteristics of embedded pipes such as ventilation pipes and underground water pipes, combined with the movement characteristics of spiral and snake in complex terrain, a threaded snake embedded pipe cleaning robot suitable for 100mm ~ 200mm pipeline range is designed. The main motion mechanism of the threaded serpentine embedded pipe cleaning robot relies on six innovative modules, each equipped with a spiral motion mechanism and an active and passive adaptive joint. This design not only improves the robot's flexibility and adaptability to the environment, but also improves its cleaning effect in complex pipeline environments. In addition, the robot is also equipped with an efficient decontamination device and pollutant sampling equipment to achieve comprehensive cleaning of the pipeline. In order to cope with complex environmental conditions, the overall structure of the robot has been strictly waterproofed. Modeling software is used to simulate and design the robot to meet the basic requirements, and relevant theories are used to analyze the threaded serpentine embedded pipeline cleaning robot.
