IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL REALITIES OF TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT
In the context of global and national globalization in all sectors of the economy, the guideline for the implementation of all stages of the import substitution program should be carried out taking into account digital realities, which are dictated by the prospects for the development of the digital economy and it is important to determine this at this stage of scientific research. When forming a policy for the development of territorial marketing and when developing innovative territorial clusters, it is important to take into account the modern digital realities of the development of the triad "import substitution-digitalization-marketing of territories". Combining digital transformation and import substitution helps solve many problems of modern organizations within the framework of one large-scale project. Sberbank is the flagship in the implementation of digital solutions, ecosystem development, and cloud digital platforms, which only increases the indicators of the implementation of the import substitution policy. For example, the transition to a microservice architecture and the use of the Platform V cloud digital platform helped to quickly respond to market demands, qualitatively improve customer experience, gain new business scaling opportunities and ensure technological independence from foreign software solutions. In addition, it allowed to significantly optimize costs. For example, due to the transition to a modern IT architecture, the cost of conducting each transaction has been halved.
