Bandwidth selection strategy for AD2S80A digital conversion chip of resolver
The AD2S80A rotary transformer digital conversion chip is used to demodulate the sine and cosine amplitude modulation signals output by the rotary transformer, in order to obtain rotor angle position information. In permanent magnet AC servo systems, AD2S80A is an important part of the angle measurement channel. The selection of its bandwidth affects the accuracy of angle position demodulation and the tracking control effect of the servo system. Changes in chip bandwidth can cause a contradiction between system dynamic response and noise suppression. On the basis of modeling the AD2S80A and permanent magnet AC servo system, this article analyzes the impact of AD2S80A bandwidth from several aspects such as system stability margin, zero pole analysis, and the impact of output signal noise from rotary transformers, and selects an appropriate bandwidth range. The simulation results show that the bandwidth selection strategy proposed in this paper is feasible. Within the selected bandwidth range, the servo system has a certain stability margin and can achieve good dynamic performance and noise suppression effect.
