Research on the Synergistic Mechanism of Talent Support and Education Innovation in Urban Guangdong Province under the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
With the acceleration of global economic restructuring and technological innovation, new quality productivity has become the key to regional economic development. As a strong economic province in China, Guangdong Province, Jiangmen City is in the key period of industrial upgrading and economic structure transformation, and the synergy of talent support and education innovation is crucial to the development of new quality productivity. This study analyzes the practice mode and experience of talent support and education innovation synergy in Jiangmen City to reveal its promotion effect on the development of new quality productivity. The study finds that Jiangmen City has achieved success in government guidance, enterprise participation, and reform of educational institutions, but there are also problems such as lack of policy implementation, insufficient enterprise participation, and incomplete reform of educational institutions. Optimizing the synergistic mechanism can improve the development of new quality productivity in Jiangmen City and provide a reference for other cities in Guangdong Province. In the future, we will further expand the scope of research, adopt more advanced methods, and deeply explore the optimization strategy of synergy mechanism to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for urban development.
