Exploring the Impact of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Educational Projects on University Students' English Listening and Speaking Skills

These It is an important task to improve university students' English listening and speaking skills in Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main factors that improve university students' English listening and speaking skills, and to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for formulating more effective teaching strategies. This study adopts a mixed research method, including interviews with 6 students in Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects, and a questionnaire survey of 60 university students from two majors in Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects. The findings of the study show that students generally believe that their English listening and speaking skills have improved greatly since entering university, especially in English listening and speaking practice, as well as communication with foreign teachers. in addition, foreign teachers have played a positive role in improving students' confidence in speaking English. At the same time, the opportunities provided by the university for students to exchange abroad have also significantly stimulated students' interest and motivation in learning English. High-quality language teaching, practical application opportunities and an international learning environment are all key factors in improving students' English listening and speaking skills. The study also emphasizes that the cooperation between the university and the teachers in the Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects creates a language learning environment that promotes the improvement of English listening and speaking skills, enhances the students' language learning awareness and improves their English communication ability, and the students in the Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects can better adapt to the needs of international learning and communication.
