It analyzes the evolution of trade entrepreneurship globally and in Ukraine, systematizes key scholarly approaches to defining the essence and role of trade entrepreneurship, logistics management, and e-commerce, and proposes the author’s interpretation of these core concepts. The consequences of war for Ukrainian trade entrepreneurship are identified, while contemporary challenges and features of its development related to logistics processes and e-commerce utilization are explored. The study substantiates the role of diagnosing these challenges for making optimal managerial decisions during wartime and post-war recovery. Directions for applying logistics management tools and e-commerce in Ukrainian trade entrepreneurship are proposed.
