Recommended management measures to improve personnel management in international teams based on the Hofstede, GLOBE models: search for new solutions, implementation of changes; study of different cultures, languages, business practices taking into account world trends; training in motivation, leadership and work in international teams; use of digital technologies for process automation, data analysis, decision-making; cooperation with international partners; management of international projects; acceptance of social responsibility; solving environmental problems. The direction for further research is determined: the process of motivation and satisfaction of employees during remote work.

Abstract

Features of remote work are highlighted: transition to asynchronous cooperation from different locations; independent distribution of working hours during the day; the main thing is the work itself; combination of work process and entertainment; adjust life to passion; past success does not guarantee future success; intellectual activity; a new level of personal self-discipline, persistence in keeping to the schedule. The latest scientific research on the topic of technological support of productivity in the conditions of remote work is analyzed: tools for communication and collaboration; process automation; time management tools; ensuring cyber security; innovative educational technologies; the influence of emotions on human perception; integration of artificial intelligence into robot technical systems; strategies for integration of production systems; creation of an inclusive working environment; the influence of cultural differences on decision-making; irrational behavior of people in the economy.
